About the role

Teleperformance is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst I to join our dynamic team at our site in Bacolod. As a Business Intelligence Analyst I, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and reporting to provide valuable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to enable data-driven decision making across the organization
  2. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics
  4. Participate in the design and implementation of data models, data pipelines, and other data infrastructure projects
  5. Provide training and support to business users on the effective use of business intelligence tools and reports
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest business intelligence and data analytics best practices and technologies

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role
  3. Proficiency in SQL, data querying, and data manipulation techniques
  4. Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven insights to stakeholders
  7. Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
