Description

Virtual Staffing Solutions is looking for Outbound Agents to support our facility management, snow management, and landscaping campaigns. This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced seasonal operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to clients regarding service updates, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate professionally via telephone and email to address customer needs and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the company database.
  • Assist in managing high call volumes during peak snow season.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service (inbound and outbound).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers.
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
