What is this role about?

As an
HR Specialist
, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while supporting the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment to payroll and employee relations. You will help shape a positive work environment that drives both employee satisfaction and operational success.

What will YOU do?

  • Lead
    end-to-end recruitment
    (sourcing, interviews, offers)
  • Facilitate
    onboarding & orientation
    for new hires
  • Manage
    payroll and benefits administration
  • Serve as point of contact for
    employee relations
    and workplace concerns
  • Maintain accurate
    HR records and employee files
  • Ensure compliance with
    labor laws, HR policies, and safety protocols
  • Support
    internal communications
    and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll audits and reporting
  • Assist in
    process improvement
    and HR best practices
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as needed

What will YOU need? (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business, or related field
  • At least
    1 year of HR experience
    (generalist, recruitment, payroll)
  • Knowledge of
    labor laws, HR policies, and compliance
  • Proficiency in
    HRMS systems, payroll platforms, and MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
