Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Tenant Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting mall operations and maintaining positive relationships with tenants. The Tenant Coordinator will handle tenant requests, oversee construction and renovation processes, and ensure compliance with mall policies and procedures. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist tenants during pre-opening, construction, and fit-out stages.
  • Monitor construction and renovation progress to ensure timely store openings.
  • Conduct pre-construction meetings and guide tenants through mall policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Architectural, Facilities, Property Management) to address tenant requirements.
  • Prepare and process documents such as permits, notices, and approvals.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure tenant compliance with mall standards.
  • Address tenant concerns, requests, and service needs promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor tenant insurance, accounts, and related documentation.
  • Facilitate orientations for tenant staff on mall rules and ID issuance.
  • Handle communication and distribution of notices to tenants.
  • Maintain updated tenant records, including emergency contacts.
  • Support tenant facility repair and maintenance monitoring.
  • Work flexible schedules (opening or closing shifts) as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in tenant coordination, property management, or customer service is an advantage.
