Job description:

  • Oversees the development and implementation of the mall marketing program, sales analysis, corporate and merchant communication and community public relations.
  • Maintains a harmonious business relationship with tenants and ensures satisfaction through constant and proper communication and efficient delivery of basic services relative to the viability and profitability of their store operations for the mutual benefits of the tenants.
  • Provides the standards of order, cleanliness and safety in all facilities and public areas of the mall.
  • Maintains all machines, equipment, apparatus, fixtures and accessories of the mall and ensures that these are in good operating condition at all times.
  • Supervises and administers all services and maintenance contract.
  • Secures and safeguards lives and properties and enforces proper vehicular and pedestrian traffic including peace and order within the entire shopping center and its perimeter.
  • Preferably a registered Electrical Engineer.
  • Willing to be assigned at Festive Walk Mall Iloilo.
