Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and areas for improvement providing actionable insights to management.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of policy servicing procedures and guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all policy servicing activities.

Qualifications

  • Show proficiency in managing teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
