Customer Data Specialist (HYBRID)
Responsibilities & Duties
- Data Collection and Management: Gather, organize, and manage raw data from various sources.
- Data Cleaning and Verification: Clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency, and verify its authenticity from different sources.
- Database Management: Set up, maintain, and monitor databases,
- Data Conversion and Transfer: Oversee the conversion of data from linkedin, excel, Marketo or other systems to digital formats and execute data transfers to secure databases.
- Data Quality Assurance: Perform regular updates to date, data integrity and quality audits to ensure the reliability of information.
- Reporting and Communication: Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
Ideally but not Essential
- vocational Education and Training qualification
- Certificate III in Business (Administration) at TAFE /registered training organization.
- Administration and computer skills
- General office Skills
- Linkedin Experience
06:00am to 03:00pm OR 07:00am to 04:00pm
