Your Role:

As a
SEM Specialist
, you will:

  • Plan and execute online paid search campaigns, including implementation, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budgets, impression share, quality scores, and other key campaign metrics.
  • Provide creative ad copy suggestions and graphical ad templates to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and communicate optimization recommendations to clients.
  • Track performance using dashboards and key reporting tools to identify insights and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign development, timelines, results, and continuous optimization.
  • Present campaign strategies, performance updates, and growth opportunities to clients both virtually and in person.
  • Prepare client-facing attribution reports using internal and third-party tools such as Search Ads 360 and Google Analytics.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience managing SEM/Paid Search campaigns across multiple advertisers
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities'

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Experience in creating, optimizing, and reporting on PPC campaigns using Search Ads 360
  • Ability to think creatively and develop new campaign strategies
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
