About the role

As a Procurement and Compliance Coordinator at PRO LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS PHIL. INC.', you will play a key role in ensuring the company's purchasing and procurement processes adhere to all relevant regulations and compliance standards. This full-time position is based in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila and will involve collaborating closely with the wider operations team to streamline purchasing workflows and maintain robust compliance practices.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to purchase order processing and invoice reconciliation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and coordinate the timely fulfilment of orders
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies
  • Identify opportunities to enhance procurement efficiency and implement process improvements
  • Support the development and roll-out of procurement-related training for the wider organisation
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control procedures to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of procurement-related data

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a procurement or compliance-focused role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
  • Strong understanding of purchasing regulations, compliance requirements and best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external partners
  • Proficient in the use of procurement software, ERP systems and MS Office applications
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to process improvement and efficiency
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
