We are supporting a Triple-A licensed construction firm with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. The company is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with an engineering background to lead end-to-end procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and services.

This role is critical in ensuring cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and uninterrupted project execution across multiple sites. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to align procurement strategies with construction schedules, quality standards, and budget targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services across multiple projects
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to avoid project delays and cost overruns
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets
  • Monitor material costs, budgets, and market trends to optimize purchasing decisions
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and QS teams to align procurement plans with construction schedules
  • Ensure all procured items comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and company policies
  • Maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships to support project continuity
  • Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and supplier performance evaluations for management review

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (PRC Licensed)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction procurement, preferably with mid- to large-scale projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and local supplier networks
  • Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost control
  • Familiarity with procurement, inventory, and supply chain management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
