About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor at B1G Corporation, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and seamless operations of our state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, optimising storage and distribution processes, and leading a team of dedicated warehouse associates to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity, efficiency, and safety
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Liaise with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Train and develop warehouse associates, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Prepare and analyse performance reports, providing insights to management to support decision-making

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems and inventory control practices
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse safety protocols and experience in implementing safety measures
  • Familiar with relevant industry regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
