DATA SERVICE ASSISTANT

The position shall perform data capture operations from an individual ID card's collection and data entry. He/ She is responsible to include ensuring the accuracy and correctness in processing collected data, equipment and materials assigned are properly handled, and collected cash payments from processed data are remitted on time.

Job Qualifications:

· High School Graduates are welcome.

· At least 2 years Vocational Graduate of any technical or Business Course.

· At least 1-year of solid work experience.

· Computer literate and knows basic computer troubleshooting.

· Very good communication skills and can attend to customer queries and concerns.

· Pleasant personality and good moral character.

· Can work with minimal supervision.

· Willing to be re-assigned from one work location to another.

Work Location:

  • Pagibig Fund San Pablo Branch (2nd Floor, El Coco Commercial Bldg, A. Fule St., Brgy. V-B, San Pablo, Laguna)

Salary:

  • Minimum wage rate of San Pablo, Laguna

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour shift
  • Saturday (as needed basis only)

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Work Experience:

  • Data encoder: 1 year (Preferred)

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
