What you'll be doing

  • Fielding incoming calls from customers and responding to email/chat enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions or escalating to the appropriate team
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Providing regular feedback and insights to drive process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Upholding our company's commitment to outstanding customer service

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Someone who has an experience in handling an Australian account
