Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through consultative selling and long-term client engagement.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within industrial automation or software solutions. Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, MES, and IoT platforms. With senior or strategic sales role. B2B or technical/industrial sales experience preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Leadership & Communication:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and lead high-stakes discussions.
Sales Tools Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), pipeline reporting, and sales automation platforms.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to analyze data, identify market opportunities, and drive decisions based on insight and intuition.
Travel:
Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and team alignment sessions as required.
