Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support daily operations of our online store, help manage product listings, analyze sales data, assist in marketing campaigns, and learn the fundamentals of digital commerce. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle online stores such as Shopify, Shopee, and Tiktok.
  • Monitor Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of online stores.
  • Maintain close rapport with team members and clients.
  • Oversee and manage product listings, sales, and related performance.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, report discrepancies or low stock to supervisors
  • Marketing of e-commerce stores.
  • Manage customer relations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
  • Strong interest in online retail, digital marketing, or merchandising
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Tiktok shop, etc.) is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Canva, or Photoshop is an advantage (preferred but not required)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
