Treasury Operations Officer

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines CTBC Bank (Philippines) Corp. Full time ₱360,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year
  • Processes Foreign Exchange deals (forwards and swaps Corporate)
  • Checks necessary documents submitted by corporate clients for derivative transactions
  • Performs transactional settlements via Murex, Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), PDEx wed-based systems, and Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT), Bancslink
  • Prepares swift payment for Account analysis of various Nostro Accounts.
  • Confirms deal details with counterparties.
  • Dispatches/monitors receipt of confirmations from counterparties.
  • Ensure timely sending out of tracers for unconfirmed deals
  • Prepares daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for submission to bank's Accounting Dept. and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)
  • Prepares necessary accounting entries
  • Ensures proper filing of documents.

Qualifications:

College Graduate

-At least two years work experience in Treasury Operations.

-Able to execute and support treasury transactions.

-Must be analytical, has good communication skills, good judgment but confine to structural guidelines.
