JOB DESCRIPTION:

Project Role: Contract Specialist

Location: Alabang Muntinlupa

Work setup: Hybrid (3x times a week RTO)

Shift: Flexible Shift

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to review and draft company agreements (i.e. Lease Agreements, Master Service Agreement). The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of obligations and contract, capable of contract negotiation and free-form drafting, and the ability to interpret, identify and explain contract terms.

Responsibilities:

Review and interpret agreements (i.e. Retail Lease agreement, Amendment, Power of Attorney)

Draft and review agreements (i.e. Master Service Agreement, Service Level Agreement and Statement of Work)

Provide support in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts.

Maintain and update contractual records and documentation.

Assist in ensuring compliance with contract laws and organizational policies.

Qualification:

At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Legal Management, Business, Finance or its equivalent (preferably, Juris Doctor)

Ability to draft agreements (i.e. Master Service Agreement, Service Level Agreement and Statement of Work)

Detail-oriented with a sense of accuracy and thoroughness in contract review.

Knowledge of negotiation best practices, both in-person and in written form, which considers the organization's best interest

Strong analytical and legal research skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information professionally.
