About the role

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic team at Corporate Visions Inc. in our San Nicolas Central Cebu City office. As a Call Centre Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
2. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
3. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve the overall customer experience
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service
5. Continuously learning and developing your skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What we're looking for

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service, with a demonstrated ability to exceed customer expectations
4. Familiarity with call centre software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs
6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
