Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage files; retrieve records, reports, and documents
  • Gather and prepare routine reports and summaries for the Admin
  • Coordinate with government agencies for permit renewals, travel association memberships, surety bonds for GSAs, and other related requirements
  • Coordinate with banks to collect and submit required documents
  • Monitor office maintenance and repairs, purchase office supplies, and ensure office cleanliness
  • Prepare statements of accounts, invoices, and purchase orders as needed
  • Coordinate with Accounting on monthly payables, including utilities, travel-related services, and agency operations
  • Assist the Travel Consultant with travel-related services such as visa applications, flight and hotel reservations, and ticket issuance
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and create marketing collaterals and manage social media platforms for administrative work
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the VP/GM from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a graduate of Business Administration or any related course
  • At least 1–2 years of work experience in the airline or accounting industry
  • Fast learner with strong initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a pleasing personality
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
