WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Project Lead, you will support the successful delivery of implementation projects by assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of key project activities. You will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timelines are met, tasks are completed, and documentation is properly maintained.

This role is ideal for someone who is early in their project management career—organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from experienced project professionals while contributing to Boldr's mission of creating meaningful impact.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Project Coordination & Support

• Assist Project Managers in organizing and tracking project activities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support in maintaining accurate project documentation and version control.

Task Management

• Monitor task progress and deadlines using project management tools.
• Support the tracking of dependencies, risks, and blockers and flag issues to the Project Manager.

Communication & Reporting

• Facilitate clear and timely communication between internal stakeholders and teams.
• Prepare status updates and progress summaries for review by the Project Manager or Implementation Manager.

Quality & Process Support

• Help ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and client expectations.
• Contribute to process documentation and identify opportunities to improve workflows.

Learning & Development

• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship from senior team members.
• Gain experience in project delivery methodologies and Boldr's implementation frameworks.

YOU HAVE…

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, or project management through coursework, internships, or relevant projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or MS Project).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• A desire to learn and grow into a more independent project management role.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing project requirements.
