Role Overview

We seek a dedicated and motivated professional to oversee shift activities and drive team effectiveness. This role is responsible for maintaining operational excellence and ensuring adherence to company service and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise shift operations to ensure all departments run efficiently and cohesively.
  • Provide guidance and motivation to team members to meet service and operational objectives.
  • Oversee scheduling and delegate tasks to optimize team performance.
  • Maintain consistent adherence to cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, support delivery management, and help minimize waste.
  • Respond promptly to customer concerns and maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Assist with onboarding and ongoing training to support staff development.
  • Follow company policies regarding operations, financial handling, and safety procedures.
  • Contribute to performance evaluations and participate in employee development discussions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php30,000.00 per month
