About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Concierge to join our team. This full-time role is an integral part of our Administration & Office Support team, providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients and visitors.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Handling inquiries and providing information about the company and its services
  3. Managing the reception area and ensuring it is well-organised and presentable
  4. Assisting with various administrative tasks as required
  5. Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive first impression of the company
  6. Liaising with other departments to address any client or visitor needs
  7. Providing general support to the office as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Must be a college graduate; a Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or related field is an advantage.
  2. Work experience in concierge, front desk, hotel, or property management is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Filipino (knowledge on Chinese language is a plus).
  4. Professional appearance and demeanor; must be courteous, approachable, and resident-focused.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  6. Knowledge of basic office systems (telephone, intercom, email, visitor management system).
  7. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  8. Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable; able to maintain confidentiality of residents' information.
