About the role

As the QC Manager at EEI Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and control processes to ensure the company's manufacturing operations meet the highest standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cavite, Calabarzon.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing quality control policies, procedures and systems to monitor and maintain product quality
  • Supervising a team of quality inspectors and technicians to carry out quality checks and testing at all stages of the production process
  • Analyzing quality data and generating reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborating with production, engineering and procurement teams to resolve quality issues and minimize waste
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality, health and safety, and environmental regulations
  • Providing training and mentoring to upskill the quality assurance team
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years' experience as a QC Manager or in a similar quality assurance role in the construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related technical field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality control systems and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience with quality management tools and techniques, such as ISO standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
