  • Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the swimming pool and beach facilities
  • Ensures the safety, security and enjoyment of all guests.
  • Cleans the pool deck and its immediate surroundings for any dirt, trash, leaves, etc. as well as the shower area.
  • Provides excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering queries, and assists with their needs or concerns.
  • Maintains all swimming pool and beach equipment and tools in good working condition and report any malfunctions for repairs or replacement.
  • Implement safety rules and regulations to all guests
  • Provides basic first aid in the event of an injury or emergency/accident.
  • Maintains accurate records of pool usage and chemical applications, water test results, incidents, safety related activities and other reports.

  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

  • Minimum Qualifications: With valid lifeguard certification

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working as a licensed lifeguard in a resort or similar setting
  • Excellent physical fitness and swimming abilities
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Can start immediately
