Requirements:

  • Bachelor's graduate of Communications, Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to work in an international company.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office applications.
  • Proficiency in Excel advanced tools Pivot and Vlook up.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to Institutional Investors as information agent, for both proxy voting and corporate actions teams to help support our client deliverables related to Annual General Meeting and M&A transactions.
  • Assist develop stakeholder network with the key players (Asset Managers, Pension Funds,
  • Asset Owners etc.) and intermediaries (custodians/private client brokers/vendors).
  • Handle multichannel communication with stakeholders which includes but is not limited to inbound, outbound, email, etc., to effectively explain information during specific campaigns (i.e., AGM/EGM, M&A, etc.)
  • Collect, validate and analyse Investor Intelligence data from various types of investor documents, external vendors and internal sources including investor contacts, proxy advisor usage, investor expectations on corporate governance, E&S, proxy voting and M&A processes.
  • Capture and maintain all Investor Intelligence data within our internal proprietary database
  • Support in preparing client reports.
  • Proactive contribution in further development of day-to-day deliverables, including report layouts and structures.
