Senior Analyst – CM Multifamily Lending

This role is responsible for all duties related to assisting Closers in the closing, funding and delivering of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD loans. The Closing Analyst will be responsible for reviewing closing documents from counsel, preparing certain documents for closing and delivery, and drafting commitments and index lock agreements together with follow-up confirmations to borrower and third-party investor. This person will quickly acquire knowledge of the various investor programs and products offered by JLL Capital Markets including: Fannie Mae DUS program, Freddie Mac Program Plus, Freddie Mac TAH, and FHA HUD.Responsibilities:Assist with all aspects of loan closings. Must have the ability to comprehend and interpret Underwriter's Narrative and Loan Analysis to appropriately communicate issues to investors, as well as translate conditions into JLL's Loan Commitment.Review and track all Lender and Investor commitments. Notify all parties of any changes that are needed.Assist by drafting JLL's loan commitments, index lock agreements and other such documents.Lead the team to a successful delivery of all loan delivery packages with input from both Underwriting team, Closers and outside counsel, including taking the lead in completing transactions in Fannie Mae's Committing and Delivery System.Work directly with the various agencies to securitize and provide necessary closing documentation post-closing to finalize the mortgage-backed security to the investor.Deliver permanent loan files to servicing, construction servicing and asset management departments. Field necessary questions from the transition of the loan closing to the servicing department, whether permanent servicing or construction servicing.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business related field (Finance, Accounting, Real Estate) with outstanding academic achievementSome experience closing Conventional and FHA loan programs preferred but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)Willingness and ability to learn new technologyAbility to work independently and as a team playerExcellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and organization skills.Ability to multi-task, especially in stressful situationsLocation:On-site –Taguig, PhilippinesIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
