The
Investor Relations Specialist
supports the execution of the company's investor relations strategy. This role involves preparing investor communications, analyzing market trends and investor sentiment, and supporting meetings and events that foster strong relationships with shareholders, analysts, and the broader financial community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, press releases, and annual reports.
  • Support the planning and execution of investor meetings, conference calls, and roadshows.
  • Maintain and update investor relations content on the corporate website and investor portals.
  • Monitor peer company news, analyst reports, stock performance, and market trends to provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Track shareholder base, compile investor feedback, and maintain investor contact database (CRM).
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in all investor-related disclosures.
  • Prepare briefing documents and Q&A materials for executive team prior to investor engagements.
  • Respond to routine investor inquiries and requests for information professionally and promptly.
  • Support ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) reporting initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or financial communications.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and investor expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with investor relations platforms is a plus (e.g., Bloomberg, FctSet, Nasdaq IR Insight).
  • Familiarity with SEC and PSE regulations and reporting requirements is preferred.
