Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Proficient in relevant computer software such as Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be a team player who can handle diversity and uniqueness of each person.
  • With background in warehousing and inventory is a plus.
  • With experience dealing with medical equipment, supplies, and laboratory reagents is an advantage.
  • Possesses physical strength necessary to lift items on a daily basis.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to work on-site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In charge of receiving purchased items, checks and ensures completeness of parts and accessories. Keeps track of orders, returns and supply.
  • Organize inventory in stock room and ensure that the physical count matches the records on the system through reconciliation.
  • Investigates discrepancies in inventory records and provides solutions to conflicts.
  • Examine and report items with defect and keeps a record of the same.
  • Do housekeeping and ensure cleanliness inside the warehouse.
