Job Description:

  • Check and verify returned goods from different stores and their initial disposition
  • Scan warehouse shrinkages daily and create necessary adjustments
  • Pull out short-dated items for display, keep timely records, and report them to the immediate supervisor
  • Coordinate with the staff shop head for restocking and pull-out
  • Assist other team members in printing labels for for bulk locations
  • Collect a list of items with low inventory in the warehouse for the low inventory and for possible BP
  • Update logs and documentation for inventory processing. Ensure all records are accurate and up to date
  • Assist requests for item samples from different departments
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse space. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate request fulfillment

Qualifications:

  • At least HS graduate
  • At least 6 months of experience as a inventory clerk
  • No visible tattoos
  • Willing to work 6 days a week
