Accounting/Finance Specialist
manages an organization's financial records by processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Key responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, and receipts.
  • Process incoming payments, draft and send invoices, and ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and other financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Analyze budget variances and financial trends.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
  • Manage invoicing, payroll, and vendor payments.
  • Collaborate with departments to track expenses and budgets.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
  • With at least 1-3 years of accounting experience preferably in the EV, automobile, tech support, or energy sectors.
  • Proficient in different accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, SAP, Oracle)
  • Can start immediately.
