Tile Setter / Mason Installer

Ito ay isang Project-Employment para sa 1 taon. Makakatanggap ka ng mga benepisyo na alinsunod sa mandato ng gobyerno batay sa icon bahagi. Makakatanggap ka rin ng 5 Service Incentive Leave maatapos ang 1 taon na tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo, at mayroon kang accident insurance mula sa unang araw ng pagtatrabaho para sa kompanya.

Pangunahing Tungkulin:

Ang Tagapagpatong ng Tile / Mason Installer ay responsable sa tamang pag-iinstall ng mga tile at masonry materials sa iba't ibang bahagi ng konstruksiyon tulad ng sahig, dingding, hagdang, at iba pang estruktura upang matiyak ang kalidad at katatagan ng gawa.

Mga Responsibilidad:

  • Maghanda ng surface bago mag-install ng tile o masonry materials, kabilang ang paglilinis at pag-level ng lugar.
  • Piliin at gamitin ang angkop na kagamitan at materyales para sa proyekto.
  • Mag-apply ng mortar, adhesive, at grout nang maayos at ayon sa mga teknikal na pamantayan.
  • Siguraduhing pantay at maayos ang pagkakalagay ng tiles at masonry materials.
  • Mag-coordinate sa iba pang mga tauhan sa konstruksyon upang masiguro ang maayos na daloy ng trabaho.
  • Mag-inspeksyon sa natapos na trabaho upang tiyakin na sumusunod ito sa mga specifications at kalidad.
  • Panatilihin ang kalinisan sa lugar ng trabaho at sumunod sa mga safety protocols.

Kwalipikasyon:

  • May karanasan bilang tile setter o mason installer sa konstruksyon.
  • Marunong sa paggamit ng mga kasangkapan at kagamitan sa pagtatrabaho.
  • May kaalaman sa iba't ibang uri ng tile at masonry materials.
  • Mahusay na manual dexterity at atensyon sa detalye.
  • May kasanayan sa pagbabasa ng mga plano at technical drawings.
  • Responsable, mapagkakatiwalaan, at may magandang work ethic.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php22, Php24,000.00 per month
