Operations Assistant

Job Descriptions
- Account opening and modification, manage client account setup and updates per guidelines.
- Processing of client requests, handle and execute client instructions accurately and on time.
- Trade and settlement processing, such process trades and ensure timely, accurate settlement.
- Prepare and verify documents for accounts and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties, work with teams and partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business or Financial Management preferred.
- Preferably with at least 1-3 years of experience in a back-office, operations or settlement role in a financial institution preferred
- Attention to detail, strong mathematical aptitude
- Ability to work under deadline or time pressure
- Good problem-solving skills and escalation judgement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Process-oriented and able to follow guidelines
- High proficiency of Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup/Xlookup)
- Good understanding of Financial instruments, knowledge of trade lifecycle and processes (clearing, settlements, reconciliation, corporate actions) a clear advantage
- Willing to work onsite at Ortigas, Pasig City
