Hotel Reservation Agent (Customer Sales Representative) – Pioneer Account

Location: Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Job Overview

Stark Asia Solutions is currently hiring Hotel Reservation Agents for a Pioneer Sales Account based in Cebu IT Park. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in BPO sales, particularly in upselling or telecommunications, who are looking to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in booking hotel reservations through inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide exceptional customer service while promoting additional services and upgrades
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or packages
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling customer transactions and data entry
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Qualifications

  • Senior High School Graduate, College Graduate, or at least 2nd Year College Undergraduate
  • Minimum of 1 year BPO Sales experience (Voice & International)
  • Background in sales, upselling, or telco accounts is highly preferred
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Willing to work onsite at Cebu Business IT Park, Cebu City

Compensation and Benefits
