Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Full-stack Software Engineer to join our Information Systems team at MBPS. In this role, you will play a key, dynamic role in modernizing our customer interactions, helping to integrate analytics, business intelligence and AI into our decisions while providing actionable insights to stakeholders across the business. Learn more about the opening below Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement AI solutions: Create innovative AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems and enhance product capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with back-end developers, designers, product managers, and AI/NLP specialists to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into products.

Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies: Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to ensure the adoption of best practices and cutting-edge solutions. Participate in code reviews: Engage in regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintain coding standards, and foster a collaborative team environment. Document AI processes and solutions: Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, algorithms, and implementation processes to ensure transparency and facilitate future development.

QualificationsCollege degree or equivalent IT, Computer Science Experience2-4 years of IT/Computer Science ExperienceAmenability to work on a Hybrid arrangement: 3x working onsite per week

Amenability to work on a Night ShiftMinimum Skills / Must Haves:2 years frontend hand on coding knowledge with Azure AI technologies, Azure functions, SQL queries and other components supporting highly automated engineering platforms and Business teams.Proficiency with .net, C#, nodes js, react, java, javascript, Angular JS, MS bot framework. Microsoft AzureMust be proficient C# .net core.Ability to manage, prioritize multiple work streams in a time sensitive environment

Strategic thinker focused on digital enhancements, AI, machine learning, and the customer.Preferred Qualifications And SkillsCan translate a more complex technical problem into business terms

Strong application development/programming skills

Ability to quickly learn about opensource libraries

Solution design mindset - Ability to constructively challenge business requirements, technical requirements and any other direction that is received, to ensure we are building the BEST solution

Work well independently as well as in team environment as situation dictates

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective English verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines related to group and client needs
