Job Description

A senior software engineer leader is sought after to drive technical excellence and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers to achieve development goals and deliverables.
  • Supervise the performance and development of team members, providing constructive feedback for growth.
  • Develop and implement proof-of-concepts for new tools, technologies, and design concepts.
  • Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and proposals to shape the future of our technology stack.
  • Analyze, design, and develop solutions to complex functional requirements, applying expertise in full-stack development.
  • Lead requirement discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan, estimate, and prioritize tasks to meet project schedules and timelines.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot critical production issues, leveraging problem-solving skills.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong background in database development.
  • 5+ years of experience in back-end application development using .NET or similar programming languages.
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end application development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, software architecture, and event-driven design.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud computing technologies.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts effectively.
