Qualifications:

· Must have completed four (4) years in college.

· Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

· Customer service oriented and with Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic math skills and experience with cash handling.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

· Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.

· Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Selling (Ri ce, Corn Grains)

· Weigh Copra

· Assist customer inquiries

· Make daily Fuentes inventory report (Rice)

· Summarize results of daily copra entrada (Fuentes-Warehouse)

· Coordinate to Logistics for Copra transfer

· Daily Cash Sales Remittance

· Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.

· Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

· Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

· Handle customer complaints.

· Provide excellent customer service.

· Balancing cash register with receipts .

· Encode daily sales report of copra and rice into the system.

· Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.

· Be involved in stock control and management.

· Working within established guidelines, particularly with products.

· Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stocks.

· Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.

· Keeping the office tidy and clean.

· Performs other duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
