  • Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of retail best practices, including customer service, sales, and marketing
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance and customer engagement
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock replenishment to optimise product availability
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing coaching and development opportunities for your team
  • Analyse sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the wider business to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company
