About the role

Select Goods' is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our vibrant team in La Union, Ilocos Region. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and leading a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  2. Overseeing store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
  3. Analysing sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth
  4. Implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a safe, organised, and efficient work environment
  5. Collaborating with the regional management team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
  6. Providing coaching, training, and support to sales associates to develop their skills and foster a positive team culture

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably within the consumer products industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use insights to drive business decisions
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with regional management and customers
  6. Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced retail environment
