About the Role

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives in Makati You'll handle inbound/outbound calls and online support, helping customers with product or service inquiries and delivering top-notch assistance.

What We're Looking For
  • High school graduate
  • At least 3-6 months Customer Service/BPO experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
  • Team player with a positive, professional attitude
  • Willing to work rotating shifts

Location: Makati – Glorietta or Ayala North Exchange
