Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst – AP/AR & Reconciliation to handle day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, performing account reconciliations, monitoring billing and collections, and supporting month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications.
  • Extracts data for dashboards on process/reconciliation metrics.
  • Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation.
  • Ensures that adequate and updated process documentation and desktop procedures exist.
  • Contributes towards quality efforts and guides the quality verifiers team.
  • Participates in first-level tasks and quality checks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

  • Assist with month-end closing, accruals, and reporting.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 1 year experience in accounts payable/receivable.
  • Has experience in reconciliation and analysis of accounts, involvement in month-end closing activities
  • Proven experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
