Position: Senior Network Engineer/Senior System Administrator

Department:  Network IT

Reports To:     Network IT Manager 

Location: One Ayala, Makati 

Set-up: Hybrid

Schedule:       Mid Shift

About the Position 

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Network Engineer to join Citco's global IT infrastructure team. This role demands a versatile technical expert who will architect, implement, and support our worldwide network infrastructure, combining traditional networking expertise with modern cloud technologies. As a Senior Network Engineer, you'll be instrumental in maintaining and evolving Citco's global network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across our worldwide operations.

Core Responsibilities

Network Operations & Management 


• Lead Tier 2 technical support for global network infrastructure


• Maintain and optimize WAN/LAN infrastructure across data centers and remote offices 


• Execute network maintenance, including critical updates and security patches 


• Implement and manage SDWAN solutions 


• Support external client connectivity requirements

Technical Leadership 


• Drive network architecture decisions and improvements 


• Collaborate with global IT teams on infrastructure initiatives 


• Provide expert-level troubleshooting across technology domains 


• Ensure compliance with established procedures and security policies

Operational Support 


• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week duration/8-10 weeks intervals) 


• Adapt to flexible working hours when required 


• Travel for critical infrastructure projects (several times annually)
