Job Summary:

Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of in-store events, mall activations, and seasonal campaigns across retail branches. Works with marketing, operations, and visual merchandising teams to deliver on-brand, on-time campaigns that drive foot traffic and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and branch activations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent campaign rollout.
  • Manage suppliers, timelines, permits, production, and event logistics.
  • Prepare event briefs, mood boards, cost estimates, and execution documents.
  • Compile post-event reports (footfall, sales impact, engagement).
  • Support social media content planning and design of promotional materials.
  • Ensure all marketing visuals follow brand guidelines and are updated in-store.
  • Coordinate with mall marketing teams for proposals, approvals, and reports.
  • Maintain a digital archive of marketing assets and event documentation.
  • Track shopper behavior and suggest new campaign ideas.
  • Serve as on-ground contact during campaign rollout and oversee onsite execution.
  • Handle administrative tasks (permits, giveaways, sampling activities).
