About the role

As the Learning and Development Supervisor at Alberto Shoes Corporation, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the company's training and development programmes. This is a crucial role that will help shape the skills and capabilities of our employees, supporting their professional growth and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. This full-time position is based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Assessing the training needs of employees across different departments and functions
  • Developing and delivering impactful training programmes that address identified skill gaps
  • Implementing effective training delivery methods, including classroom-based sessions, e-learning, and on-the-job training
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create high-quality training content
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes and making continuous improvements
  • Maintaining training records and documenting the progress of participants
  • Providing coaching and mentoring support to employees to facilitate their professional development
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry
  • Skills: Excellent instructional design and facilitation skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in learning management systems and training technologies, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning and improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
