Masonry Estimator

About the Role:

We are hiring three (3) Masonry Estimators to join our growing team

In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for masonry projects by reviewing architectural and structural drawings. You'll play a vital part in ensuring accurate bids and supporting project success through precise evaluation and documentation.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position offering competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to work on diverse construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Review architectural and structural plans to determine masonry requirements and prepare accurate material and labor estimates.
• Project Evaluation: Assess project scope, site conditions, and complexity to ensure precise and competitive estimates.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of estimates, ensuring compliance with company standards and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of masonry materials, methods, and construction techniques.
• Proficient in estimating software (preferably Bluebeam).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical abilities.

• Rate: Up to $8 per hour
