The Business Processes Manager is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing organizational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness throughout the company. The manager will collaborate with all teams to identify areas for improvement, develop process solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals. The role involves ongoing process monitoring, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and achieve strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Developing, implementing, and maintaining business process management strategies

·       Analyzing current business processes and making recommendations for improvements

·       Creating and maintaining process documentation for reference purpose

·       Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements

·       Designing, executing, monitoring, and optimizing business process

·       Identifying and implementing process improvements, including the

·       enhancement of the quality of services and compliance with regulatory requirements

·       Managing change in relation to business process

·       Resolving organizational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Training teams on process improvements and new process standards

·       Identifying the need for new systems or system enhancements

·       Monitoring the effect of process changes on business performance through metrics

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Proven work experience as a Business Process Manager or equivalent role.

·       Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.

·       Experience with project management.

·       Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Management or a related field.

PREFERRED SKILLS

·       Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills

·       Experience in Project Management Software (MS Projects)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Experience with Data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
Knowledge of Gaming Operations is an advantage
