The Community Operations team ensures customers and drivers experience consistent, fair, and high-quality support. The Driver Performance & Quality Associate monitors driver behavior, reviews completed jobs, and ensures every service meets Muvr's standards for safety, reliability, and professionalism.

About the Role

As part of the Driver Performance & Quality Associate, you'll review driver activities, verify proof-of-delivery and compliance documentation, and help maintain service quality across the platform.

You'll be responsible for reviewing completed jobs, flagging errors or policy violations, and supporting drivers with quality-related communication. Your work directly impacts customer trust and platform reliability.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to fairness, consistency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review completed jobs to verify proof-of-delivery photos, documentation, and driver compliance.
  • Check for missed ETAs, incomplete uploads, or unverified completion reports.
  • Communicate with drivers about quality or compliance issues using clear, professional, and empathetic language.
  • Log and tag all findings accurately in Muvr's internal tools and dashboards.
  • Escalate high-risk cases (damage claims, repeat non-compliance, or safety incidents) to Tier 2 or Policy.
  • Support QA reviews by documenting and reporting recurring performance trends.
  • Partner with Policy and Driver Ops teams to maintain consistent enforcement of platform standards.
  • Provide feedback that helps improve driver education, communications, and internal QA processes.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in support, logistics, QA, or operations (gig-economy experience a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency in applying policy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, empathetic tone when addressing performance or compliance issues.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, QA tools, or logistics dashboards (Zendesk, HubSpot, Airtable, or similar).
  • Integrity and fairness when evaluating performance or enforcing rules.
