Role Description

  • Provide personalized financial planning and wealth management advice to clients aligned with their short- and long-term financial goals.
  • Analyze clients' financial situations, risk profiles, and investment objectives to recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions.
  • Develop tailored financial plans covering areas such as retirement planning, education funding, protection, and estate planning.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and proactive financial advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, financial products, and regulatory updates to offer informed and compliant advice.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining ethical and customer-centric practices.
  • Conduct financial literacy sessions and client engagement activities to promote FWD's products and services.
  • Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to manage client data, track performance, and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Adhere strictly to FWD's compliance, risk management, and professional standards.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in college, any course (with at least 1 year work experience in any field)
  • Strong internet connection at home
  • Amenable to take Licensure Exam at Insurance Commission
