Qualifications

  • Must be a TESDA-certified Caregiver NC II holder.
  • Must be a TESDA-accredited Trainer with a valid Trainer's Methodology (TM I) Certificate.
  • Preferably a Registered Nurse (RN), Midwife, or Health Care Professional.
  • With at least one (1) year of teaching or caregiving industry experience.
  • Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  • Demonstrates patience, empathy, and professionalism in dealing with trainees.
  • Willing to handle both classroom and hands-on training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures and facilitate competency-based training sessions.
  • Conduct practical demonstrations and competency assessments following TESDA guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate student records, reports, and evaluation results.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional, TESDA, and industry standards.
  • Participate in curriculum development, program accreditation, and institutional activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
