Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our housekeeping staff. The ideal candidate will ensure all rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and hygiene standards, train and motivate team members, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise housekeeping staff, assign daily duties, and monitor performance
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
  • Provide hands-on support with cleaning when necessary
  • Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain quality service
  • Monitor inventory and request supplies or equipment as needed
  • Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping professionally and promptly
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and resolve any facility issues
  • Maintain housekeeping records, schedules, and reports
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new housekeeping staff

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or senior housekeeping staff
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or hospitality certifications a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, or healthcare housekeeping
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., for scheduling, reporting, inventory tracking)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Must have atleast 3 years supervisory level work experience in a 5 star hotel.

  • Must be willing to work in Bolbok, Batangas City
  • Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule.
  • College graduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
