ActiveOne: HR Associate - Workforce (Project-based)Join to apply for the ActiveOne: HR Associate - Workforce (Project-based) role at ACTIVEONE HEALTH, INC.Job Objective / PurposeThe Workforce Associate is responsible for creating a staffing model and scheduling staff to accommodate day-to-day efficiency. S/He will provide data and analysis to ensure staffing levels are appropriate to handle the clinic staff requirements while also meeting the needs of Operations and the business. This role is hired under Reliance Care Inc.

- a Unilab subsidiary for 5 months. Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop a clinic staffing schedule. Collect, review, analyze, and interpret relevant data to identify workforce challenges.

Prepare workforce analysis reports for business needs. Provide recommendations to improve the workforce, reduce overheads, and enhance client experience. Generate regular and ad-hoc/real-time reports on various client metrics.

Provide periodic reports and data trends to support Operations. Respond to Service Level variations. Maintain employee records in the database.

Ensure all open shifts are properly staffed. Handle employee timekeeping reports. Background and QualificationsGraduate of any 4-year course (preferably in Human Resources).

Familiar with formulas in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Open to fresh graduates. Amenable to work in Mandaluyong from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Willing to extend extra work hours. Amenable to work schedule adjustments. Work ConditionsProject-based for 5 months.8-hour work days, Monday through Friday.

Location: Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
